Carol works with others in a coaching model that helps women successfully integrate the dynamics of success, money and power into their lives and their relationships.

Carol has worked in the arena of personal growth for twenty years. Author of two books, she began studying how ambition and success affect personal relationships when her 12-year marriage to a senior executive of a prominent company fell apart.

Carol developed a program for helping high-achieving individuals and couples develop healthy self-worth and identities, both alone and together.

Carol’s work consists of coaching individuals, working with high-achieving couples with experienced colleagues, and facilitating small groups in developing skills for living with high achievers. Carol remarried ten years ago and her kids are in college.
